Seeing is believing – CB1 Nearing 70% completion
CB1 - the regeneration of the Station Road area of Cambridge - is now almost 70% complete.
The next phase of the new urban community includes the expansion of the pedestrianised part of the square, which will offer a large and leafy, traffic-free area.
The development will also see construction begin on Three and Four Station Square - two residential buildings that will sit beside the historic Foster’s Mill. With 89 luxury apartments between them, the buildings will offer ample parking, cycle storage and amenities.
So far, the development has seen the completion of a number of residential and office buildings, with many of the offices already let to world-class companies. Cambridge Station interior has been refurbished and numerous retail and food outlets are open.
